Stezza Music Player App Reviews

I just updated to iOS 8 and ever since I have, the images dont show up on the music player, the app tends to crash, and its really laggy. Before I updated to iOS 8 it was the best. Switching to CarTunes until they update.

Great app, its my default music player now, I like a lot the design and it looks great on Appradio but I think its NECESSARY a clock in the screen while driving, hope you can do that, thanks!

You "updated" the app but now it doesnt even display album covers...

Cant really describe how awesome this app is. This is exactly what Ive been looking for. The UI is beautiful. Only thing it needs is a way to launch it from the lock a screen, or a notification center widget to launch it. WORKS ON IPAD TOO! (But not advertised for iPad?!!) all in all, the developer did an awesome job with this app. Obviously put some love into it.

Simple and easy interface. Skins are so so and can improve since they feel flat. Sharing capabilities are great, good native Music App replacement. Album art bug fixed!!!

Does exactly what I wanted it to do, now that it only displays what is local to your iPhone (rather everything in iTunes Match/iCloud). Great interface for mobile devices. Recommended. Hurray! Version 2.1.1 fixed the album art bug, restoring this app to its full glory!

This is a great app like I said b4 but what would make it better is if yall made a crossfade add-on to it cuz bc the iPod Nano Touch has that but for the iPhone and iPods didnt get it

Nice, giant buttons and interface that makes play, volume control and toggling between albums/ singles a complete no brainer. Plus, are only limited by your imagination in terms of colour choices. Also a great music dock app.

Simple and clean media player thats works very well with the Pioneer AppRadio.

Well, I hate Apples default app. When I go to Artists i can only see 4 at a time due to that stupid-nonsense-general artwork. With Stezza I can see 9 of them. Ive got artist with 30 albums for example - Apple app rolls out all the albums, so when I want to listen to the last one I have to scroll through like 300 songs to get there. Horrible. Stezza is much better without all the artwork. Navigation and overall UI is brilliant. Love it! Only few things to improve: There is no need for two buttons in the main interface: Menu (3 dots) and Theme changer. Menu can be accessed by sliding to the right and theme can be changed within the menu. So suddenly you have two buttons that you can assign new functions to. One could be "Star" symbol - here I could rate the song. Second could be "Queue" - which now is assigned to album art tap. Instead of displaying queue by tapping on the album art it could take me to the main music navigation - Artists, Songs, Playlists etc. And by clicking on the song playing right now it should take me to the song info - song name, album name, time played, total time, album art etc. - here you could take great advantage of your beautiful tile design. Thanks to developers for their hard work!

Stezza seems pretty good. I like the interface better than CarTunes and iTunes (my two other go-to music players). Its very simple and is logical to figure out. I only have a couple of complaints: There are no time markers showing time elapsed and time remaining -- this would be useful. Also, the buttons taking up space on screen to change the Theme and to show the Menu are redundant. There is no need to frequently change the theme, and the Menu can be accessed by swiping from the left edge. If these issues are addressed in a future update I think it could be a 5-star app.

This app is really great, however Im hoping they could somehow add the Apple CarPlay feature so all the features could be available without having to use an HDMI cable to mirror it on the new App Radio 4 and just use Apples lightning cable .. Please make this happen. Over all great app worth every penny.

This is a great app while you drive! The big buttons do help a lot! But something awesome that would make it better is have iTunes Radio integration! Overall, awesome app!

I use this app with my Pioneer Appradio 3 / SPH-DA210. Beautiful design mirrored on my Appradio display and easy navigation make my Appradio much better to look at while cruising down the road. The Adaptive design choice works really well. Much better than any stock or free app available for music on you iPhone. Well worth the money.

Finally! It works with the Album Artist field now! I couldnt get totally behind this app because it didnt used to work like that, but this update has finally solved my issue. Only tiny complaint...wish I had the option for the year to show up under the "Artist - Album." Thats small though. Stezza has finally given me a reason to use it. Thank you Ricardo!

Love this player, simple and minimal, perfect for when Im playing music in my car

My queue is empty. I dont understand. Other than that I love it, but I cant figure out how to get my music to show up...

You need to add a button for "SEARSH"

I use this while driving. While Id wish for certain album arts to have black text rather than white text or vice-versa, the interface is generally easy to use. One thing though... I would hope that this app integrates with iOS alongside Music Lanucher (I cant see what the "next song" will be in Stezza), in due time.
